THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate Vice President, Sales Enablement to join our team. Working with key members of the Sales team and others in the GTM organization, you will help drive the evolution of all aspects of our Sales Enablement programs such that FinancialForce may continue to scale efficiently and effectively.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

  • Build on the existing Sales new hire onboarding program and training and certification programs for FinancialForce’s GTM teams, owning the content, processes, practices, and tools.
  • Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, product, legal, finance, and other key partners to increase sales results and productivity
  • Partner with Product and Marketing to develop internal resources, enablement sessions, and customer-facing materials for all product, content, and service releases and ensure we have a sales strategy for each release
  • Measure and monitor the impact of learning initiatives and the Enablement team holistically
  • Lead education of sales team on existing and new product initiatives
  • Track, measure, and report on program adoption and success metrics
  • Meet with sales leaders regularly to assess gaps to fuel curriculum and learning journeys
  • Develop sales capability of the sales team through the design and implementation of sales skills development and go to market programs
  • Manage the technology used for Sales Enablement. You will assess and implement sales tools to facilitate the sales process
  • Measure the ROI of enablement programs on and impact on key business metrics


 

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

  • At least 15 years experience in sales enablement, sales, product marketing, or related field
  • Extensive track record of coaching and building enablement programs in a fast-scaling organization
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant experience
  • Led and managed high performing teams in a fast-paced and hyper-growth environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
  • Expert in Sales Enablement tooling and Sales Methodologies
  • Amazing in front of a big group and comfortable speaking at conferences and webinars
  • Excellent people leader, able to hire, inspire, hold accountable, and develop an elite team

  • Strategic and can think about big problems without being overwhelmed
  • You are comfortable in ambiguity and not afraid to create, try out, learn, and iterate
  • Influencing Skills: Understanding and aligning the requirements of the aligned stakeholders blended with the global enablement objectives to ensure buy-in and flawless execution of initiatives.
