Responsibilities

As a key leader on the sales team, this executive will have crucial and wide-ranging responsibilities, including:

-Hiring, training, motivating, and leading a world-class sales team

-Fostering high-quality customer relationships and generating high impact, multi-million dollar sales

-Developing a comprehensive sales strategy and contribute to overall business strategy

-Translating discussions with clients into sales roadmaps and business objectives

-Establishing sales targets and revenue goals—and meeting or exceeding them

Qualifications

-Passion and experience recruiting, developing, and managing a world-class sales organization

-10+ years of experience in go-to-market roles at top healthcare and healthcare technology companies

-Experience in a startup environment and a hands-on, self-directed drive to get things done

-A proven sales hunter, closer, and leader with deep enterprise experience; track record of successfully negotiating and closing long-term multi-million dollar deals

-Experience defining new sales motions and establishing structure and rigor around a go-to-market strategy

-C-suite relationships at a combination of providers, payers, and employers

-Deep understanding of building, maintaining, and nurturing client relationships

-Experience in forecasting and pipeline management

-Excellent communication skills—can motivate, support, and lead staff; outstanding interpersonal, public speaking, and written communication

-Intellectually agile: able to think deeply and qualitatively about business problems, breaking down issues, and presenting solutions
