Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for building out our best-in-class professional services team. Accountable for:

  • Service-wide quarterly customer net promoter score objectives and key results
  • Service-wide quarterly revenue objectives and key results
  • Service-wide quarterly utilization and gross margin objectives and key results
  • Service-wide quarterly practice improvement and optimization objectives and key results
  • Service-wide quarterly recruiting and retention objectives and key results
  • Service-wide quarterly team career development objectives and key results

Starting with:

  • A seasoned Executive team looking for a capable services leader
  • $20M run rate and profitable company
  • > 90 customer NPS that's backed with a customer-obsessed culture
  • > 65% gross margin
  • > 80% team utilization
  • > 50 people within the services organization
  • > 80% client retention on an R12
  • $10M in series A funding

If this position is wildly successful, in one year you will have:

  • Balanced existing and emerging offerings using the 70-20-10 rule
  • Doubled the team-size while hiring only the top 5%
  • Achieved 90% or greater net promotor score
  • Achieved 90% or greater retention on existing customers
  • Achieved 75% or greater resource utilization
  • Maintained 65% or greater gross margin
  • Achieved 90% or greater employee satisfaction score
  • Achieved 10% or less voluntary team attrition

Core responsibilities:

  • Manage objectives and key results of the services organization
  • Maniacal focus on client satisfaction during service delivery
  • Oversee engagement schedule and resource utilization
  • Manage profitability and loss of the services organization
  • Coach and mentor managers and oversee team's professional growth
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a world-class services team
  • Assist sales in identifying and closing new business opportunities
  • Streamline existing core offerings and roll out new service offerings

Required qualifications:

  • 15 years of experience in the cyber security industry
  • 10 years of managing teams and people
  • Exceptional team management skills with excellent verbal and written communication
  • Executive presence with the ability to speak with the c-suite and boards of directors
  • Prior track record of managing a high growth consulting organization
  • Prior gross margin and profit and loss responsibilities
  • Broad and deep understanding of the security industry
  • Experience in organizational design, goal setting, incentive plans
  • Executive level communication skills both written and oral

Desired qualifications:

  • Ability to recognize opportunity and roll out new service offerings
  • BS in computer science, engineering, physics, or mathematics
  • Masters in Business Administration

Compensation package includes:

  • Highly competitive salary
