Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Manager

We’re the in-house marketing agency at Protect America, a national home security company. We’re looking for a creative and curious SEM Specialist to help grow our paid search efforts.We’re out to win. You should be, too.

Your responsibilities Search Engine Marketing Manager:

• Investigating new paid campaigns, platforms, and strategies.across non-traditional paid channels like Facebook, Twitter, Google Shopping, Taboola, Outbrain, Google Display Network, YouTube, and AdRoll.• Daily management of campaigns including bids, budgets, ad groups, keywords and ad copy.• Working with our Marketing Director to evaluate current PPC strategies and implement improvements.• Implementing A/B and multivariate testing of landing pages.• Implementing Display and Remarketing campaigns.
• Analyzing the competitive landscape to see what our competitors are doing in paid search.• Forecasting future performance based on past performance.

You must have:

• Spent over $10,000 / month in profitable paid search. (Yes, we’ll want to see your work.)• 2+ years’ experience in SEM, managing paid campaigns.• An exemplary knowledge of Excel including formulas, V-Lookups, and pivot tables.
• Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)

Preferred Requirements: • A Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, statistics, economics or any quantitative field.• Google Analytics Certification• Working knowledge of website development and constraints
