Ankura’s Data & Technology Practice includes client services in the areas of Digital Transformation, Data Science, Information Technology, and Cyber Security. Our Digital Transformation practice helps our clients rapidly modernize across levels of digital maturity.
Role Overview:
As a Senior Associate in the Digital Transformation practice you will have the opportunity to work closely with our diverse clientele, assisting them with developing, assembling and implementing solutions that provide near real-time reporting and business intelligence as well as process automation leveraging advanced data science and AI methods. You will play a vital role in assisting with these transformations across the digital transformation journey. This role offers the chance to work on challenging projects, collaborate with talented professionals, drive change and performance improvements, and contribute to the success of leading organizations across industries.
This role can be remote based in the United States or hybrid based from Ankura's Dallas office.
Responsibilities:
Support clients in designing and implementing digital transformation solutions, including real-time reporting, business intelligence, and automated workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven and AI-enabled solutions
Develop, assemble, and deploy tools and technologies that enhance analytics, decision-making, and operational performance
Contribute to process automation initiatives using advanced data science, machine learning, and AI methods
Participate in project execution across the full digital transformation journey, ensuring high-quality deliverables and measurable business impact
Work directly with client stakeholders to drive change management, performance improvements, and adoption of new digital capabilities
Support the Digital Transformation practice by sharing insights, best practices, and innovative ideas that strengthen offerings and project outcomes
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline
Experience in digital transformation, data analytics, consulting, or technology-driven project roles
Strong understanding of data engineering, analytics, business intelligence, and/or AI/ML concepts
Hands-on experience with analytics or automation tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau/Power BI, cloud platforms, or workflow automation tools)
Ability to translate business problems into technical solutions and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Demonstrated experience contributing to complex projects, including scoping, delivery, and stakeholder management
Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication, teamwork, and client-facing skills, with the ability to work in fast-paced environments
Team player who is comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Ability to travel 25%+ or as needed, dependent upon engagement(s)
