What are we searching for in a Sr. Customer Success Manager?

The Sr. Customer Success Manager is a new position within our Client Management team due a recent business win, and is a position focusing on Account Management, Campaign Strategy & Analysis, and Client services. The position will start January 2018. This is a chance to be one of the first Customer Success Managers in the US. Adthena is making waves in the Search industry and growing rapidly across the US Online advertising market, and really be part of something very special.  

We’re quickly becoming the best at what we do, and are looking for an entrepreneurial and hard-working individual who will share our vision and passion in Adthena and make it even bigger and better than it is today.

Reporting into the Global Customer Success Director and working closely with our CS team in London, you will be responsible for driving retention by working directly with our Agency customers to ensure they are engaged and getting maximum value from Adthena’s platform.  

We are looking for a strong account manager (or similar) who has independently implemented and managed PPC campaign and has experience using bid management tools. You will have excellent client services skills and have experience delivering strategic guidance and advice to clients for paid search in a prior position. You'll be technically minded and product focused, as we will look for you to be the Adthena platform expert for our clients and add value to their business.

What will I be doing?

  • Strong experience in PPC - hands-on experience of managing campaigns over $40,000 Per month would be ideal
  • Experience in building and managing Client Relationships, delivering meaninful guidance and recommendations and a history of high retention and growth developed from your clients business
  • Deep understanding of the digital mar tech landscape - you will have knowledge of online marketing and how search plays an important part of this
  • An innate curiosity about digital media and technology and willingness to learn
  • Analytical, with strong numerical skills, and be technically minded
  • Google Advertising Professionals certified, ideally with experience using bid management tools
  • Excellent communication skills, confident and experienced in presenting and conducting demos (or training)

Do I have what it takes?

  • Manage an assigned portfolio of Clients - delivering fantastic client service and adding value to their business at all times
  • Providing Training to clients on the Adthena technology platform, and how to manage their campaigns across it (delivered both face to face and over video or phone)
  • Keeping clients up-to-date on latest product features and enhancements
  • Ensuring the full usage of Adthena and its capabilities with our clients
  • Forge strong relationships with your Clients, helping them realise the value of Adthena
  • Organise and conduct training, meetings, and Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Drive retention and reduce churn
  • Add to the Adthena culture and business
