A day in the life.

As our Senior Data Analyst on the analytics team, you’ll ensure the execution of our analytics platform and measure the impact of our efforts. You will review detailed information, analyze data in relation to specific business goals, and present findings in clear, actionable formats. You will create and refine analytical tools that benefit our clients and take ownership of the accurate and timely production of team reports.

Our future colleague.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in an Employee Benefits role
  • Experience with renewal projections, financial modeling and claims reporting
  • Ability to perform in-depth utilization trend analysis to identify patterns and insights
  • Advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong understanding of financial analytics and utilization patterns
  • Excellent communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

  • BS/BA in insurance, business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or mathematics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Producer's License for Life/Health, or the ability to obtain upon hire

The applicable base salary range for this role is $69,700 to $129,700.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
