Senior Front-End Engineer

Context
As a Senior Front-End Developer at Lansweeper, you'll build scalable, performant, and user‑friendly web applications.
Your work directly impacts how thousands of organizations worldwide interact with our platform, enabling IT teams to manage and secure their technology estates more effectively.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain high‑quality front‑end applications using React and Tailwind CSS
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs into responsive and accessible user interfaces
• Ensure cross‑browser compatibility, accessibility standards, and front‑end performance optimization
• Integrate front‑end components with GraphQL APIs and back‑end services
• Participate in code reviews, uphold best practices, and drive high‑quality coding standards
• Debug and resolve front‑end issues, delivering efficient, maintainable solutions
• Stay up to date with modern tools and frameworks (Vite, ESBuild, Rollup, Webpack, etc.)
• Maintain clear technical documentation for architecture, coding standards, and implementations

Key Requirements
Hard skills:

• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Tailwind CSS
• Experience with responsive web design, cross‑browser optimization, accessibility
• Familiarity with modern build tools (Vite, ESBuild, Rollup, Webpack)
• Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines
• Integration experience with GraphQL APIs and backend services

Soft skills:

• Collaborative team player who thrives in cross-functional projects
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
• Ability to mentor juniors and contribute to architectural decisions

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science / IT (or equivalent)
• 5+ years front-end development experience, with a focus on modern web technologies
