As a Full Stack Engineer, you will play a key role in bringing advanced Machine Learning models and their insights to life within client-facing applications. You'll work across the stack to design, build, and optimize scalable software solutions that turn complex analytics into actionable outcomes.

We're looking for experienced engineers who are passionate about technology, skilled in Python, and eager to dive into the intersection of software engineering and machine learning. If you're a life-long learner with strong analytical skills and a drive to solve meaningful problems with modern tools, you’ll thrive here.

How you will make an impact:

  • Collaborate with our product team to build new applications and SaaS products.
  • Participate in high-level design decisions and execute on them.
  • Work closely with our data science and data engineering teams to build robust data pipelines and workflows.
  • Interface with our project team to build integrations with clients.
  • Leverage data infrastructure to deliver high impact, user-friendly, client-facing business intelligence and analytics.

 Skills needed to succeed:

  • 5+ years of experience with Python, particularly in developing web applications using frameworks like FastAPI or Django.
  • Deep knowledge of React, including component-based architecture, state management (e.g. Redux), and front-end testing frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases, including schema design and optimization for performance.
  • Experience designing and building scalable distributed systems is a big plus.
  • Familiarity with AWS or other cloud environments a plus.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and Terraform is a bonus.
  • Exposure working with Data Science teams and Pandas/Polars is a bonus.
  • Experience working in Insurtech or on AI/ML products is a bonus.

What We Offer:

  • A fun, team-oriented startup culture.
  • Generous stock options - we all get to own a piece of what we’re building.
  • Unlimited vacation days.
  • Flexible schedule that supports working from home.
  • Full benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid paternal leave, and more.
  • Ample opportunities to learn and take on new responsibilities.

We are an equal opportunity employer.

Salary Range: $125-165k base salary annually.
This role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, equity grant, and a comprehensive benefits package. In accordance with the Massachusetts Pay Transparency Law, we are providing a good-faith salary range for this position at the time of posting. The actual salary offered will depend on the level at which the candidate is hired, as well as their experience, skills, qualifications, and location. Compensation may grow over time through merit-based increases, promotions, and company-wide adjustments. If your salary expectations fall outside this range, we still encourage you to apply so we can have a conversation.
