About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior GSI Partner Manager! This role drives strategic partnerships with key GSIs like Accenture and PwC while expanding AppOmni’s Global System Integrators (GSI) ecosystem. The position strengthens executive relationships and oversees partnership execution to ensure alignment with AppOmni’s security offering, ultimately focused on outcomes like driving partner-sourced pipeline and revenue growth through ongoing partner management and development.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to maximize client success and revenue growth with Global System Integrators (GSIs), specifically Accenture and PwC.
  • Identify and enable additional GSIs (KPMG, Wipro, etc) into AppOmni’s GSI ecosystem
  • Drive joint partner solution development, integrating AppOmni’s SaaS security platform into scalable go-to-market initiatives, pipeline acceleration, and delivery excellence.
  • Build and strengthen executive relationships between AppOmni leadership and key Partner Executives, fostering long-term commitment and collaboration.
  • Lead the coordination of technical and marketing execution for integrated partnership launches, ensuring alignment with AppOmni’s security offerings and market positioning.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with partners to drive accountability, assess joint success metrics, and optimize partnership performance.
  • Work closely with AppOmni’s regional enterprise, mid-market, and commercial sales teams, alongside Partner Sales Managers, Partner Solution Architects, and Partner Marketing, to ensure seamless partner engagement.
  • Drive partner-sourced net-new sales pipeline and revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on strategic market opportunities.
  • Support our mission and vision and embody and demonstrate AppOmni core values of Trust, Transparency, Quality, Customer Focus, and Delivery. Comply with all company policies and governing laws and regulations.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in partner sales, alliance management, or technical roles within the software/SaaS security industry, with a proven track record of building and scaling strategic partnerships.
  • Extensive experience working with leading GSIs, including a deep understanding of their business models, go-to-market strategies, and service offerings.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to quickly grasp AppOmni’s SaaS security solutions, articulate their value, and integrate them into partner-led solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across technical, sales, and executive teams.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% to engage with partners, drive collaboration, and support joint initiatives.

Our total rewards package includes:

  • Base Salary: The annual OTE compensation range in the U.S. for this role is: $315,000 - $330,000, which is a mix of base plus commission, or more depending on experience. Final offer amounts are determined by factors such as the final candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience, as well as business considerations and peer compensation.
