We are looking for a Senior Manager, Product Operations to build and optimize our product management, research, and launch practices. You will be responsible for the tools and processes that are critical to enabling customer intimacy, strategic clarity, and roadmap delivery of key priorities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, customer excellence, and sales, to enhance product launches, streamline workflows, and drive operational excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement best practices and standardized processes for the product team, especially for processes that go across teams, to improve effectiveness of product strategy and planning cadences, feedback collection, and creating and maintaining roadmaps.
  • Establish and maintain strategy, planning, and review cadences for product teams, ensuring that each team is using a common framework for aligning their work to business objectives and user needs.
  • Establish streamlined ways to report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and other usage, adoption, and qualitative insights to support data-driven decision making.
  • Work with product teams and leaders to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with product managers and launch program managers to oversee the execution of product releases and launches.
  • Manage pilots and incremental rollouts of new capabilities so that product teams can capture, synthesize, and address feedback and mitigate risks.
  • Provide training and support to product teams on processes, tools, and best practices to enhance their effectiveness.
  • Partner with product management, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of product initiatives.
  • Engage with senior leadership and stakeholders to communicate product operations strategies, updates, and outcomes.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of product operations, launch, and research team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Support the professional growth and development of team members.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of experience in product operations, project management, or a related field, with a proven track record in optimizing processes and driving operational efficiency.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful products to market.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team of product managers, project managers, researchers, or similar roles

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Operations Management, or a related fieldA
  • JD or MBA
