Job Description

Operational Management

  • Oversee and execute daily operational tasks within the assigned department, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to established procedures.

Compliance and Risk Management

  • Monitor and ensure strict compliance with all relevant banking regulations, internal policies, and risk management frameworks. Identify potential risks and escalate issues appropriately.

Process Improvement

  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of more efficient workflows and systems.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Prepare and analyze various reports, data, and documentation to support decision-making and provide insights to management.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Liaise effectively with internal departments, external vendors, and clients to facilitate smooth operations and resolve queries or issues.

Mentorship and Training

  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members, assisting in their development and understanding of departmental functions.

Project Support

  • Participate in and contribute to departmental projects and initiatives as required, ensuring timely completion and effective outcomes.

Customer Service

  • Maintain a high standard of customer service in all interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally and efficiently.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, with demonstrable experience in an operational or support role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with banking-specific systems.
