Lead product strategy, manage a remote team, prototype with AI, and drive customer-focused features in a SaaS platform.
The summary above was generated by AI

Are you interested in joining a 100% remote SaaS company dedicated to helping customers streamline organizational processes and be better stewards of their data? Consider applying for open positions at FormAssembly, an enterprise workflow automation platform used by some of the largest and most well-known organizations in the world.

We are a team of collaborators that are passionate about providing the very best to our customers, partners, and stakeholders, internally and externally. We are travelers, artists, athletes, and animal lovers creating an incredibly strong, fully remote team and providing amazing results, no matter where we are. We’re problem solvers and continuous learners who are never afraid of a challenge, and we’re looking to add another amazing member to our Product team.

What we are seeking:

A hands-on director level product leader who thrives at the intersection of vibe coding, AI prototyping tools (Cursor, Lovable, Windsurf, Replit Agent, etc.), and strategic execution. You’ll code alongside your team to rapidly prototype concepts, validate ideas, and ship features—while owning responsibilities like KPIs, OKRs, roadmap execution, and cross-functional alignment.

You’ll report to the CPO, co-write the product strategy, and drive both PLG and SLG motions in a fast-moving data collection platform. This is not a process-heavy role—you move with data-driven agility, cut through paralysis, and deliver results.

Actual shipped AI assisted development of products + measurable outcomes = reportable results

Tell us:

“I shipped X AI feature → Y% lift in activation → Z ARR impact”

Please apply only if you’ve had experience in doing this. We would love to talk to you.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Lead with vision & execution: Define and own the product roadmap grounded in customer value, business impact, and AI innovation. Measure portfolio health via North Star metrics, adoption, and revenue.
  • Prototype at the speed of thought: Use AI tools (Cursor, Lovable, etc.) to vibe code MVPs, mock APIs, and interactive demos with your pods—then iterate based on real user and market feedback.
  • Own OKRs & KPIs: Set, track, and hit ambitious goals for product growth, team velocity, and feature adoption. Report directly to CPO on strategy and trade-offs.
  • Customer obsession: Spend a good portion of your time with users and stakeholders—running interviews, usability tests, feedback loops, and data analysis to validate problems and solutions.
  • Orchestrate Agile delivery: Help run lean sprint rituals, prioritize backlogs, write clear user stories, and unblock engineering without micromanaging.
  • Cross-functional partnership: Build tight alignment with Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Executives to launch high-impact features on tight cycles.
  • PLG mastery: Design self-serve onboarding, upgrade and upsell paths, and AI-powered growth features that drive acquisition, activation, and expansion.
  • Data fluency: Use analytics, quick experimentation, and AI-driven insights to make decisions.
  • Market & competitive intelligence: Anticipate trends in AI, developer tools, and enterprise SaaS to inform positioning and differentiation.
  • Leadership: You will have direct reports that will require support and exhibit a ‘lead by example’ mentality.

Requirements
  • 5+ years in product management at high-velocity startups or scale-ups (Series B+)
  • Proven PLG experience—you’ve built and scaled self-serve products with viral or AI-driven growth
  • Deep in the AI ecosystem: You actively use Cursor, Lovable, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar daily—and have shipped products powered by AI
  • SaaS enterprise experience: Navigated complex sales cycles, SLAs, security reviews, and integrations
  • Agile without the ceremony: You have had experience in your growth path of running effective standups, refining backlogs, and shipping frequently
  • Data-driven decision maker: You know how to use product analytics and data to get to the justifiable solution for the outcome.
  • Executive presence: Crisp communication—can present to C-suite, write specs, and rally teams
  • MUST reside in United States
Bonus Points:
  • Shipped AI agents, no-code platforms, or developer tools
  • Comfortable prototyping using AI-assisted workflows. You don’t need to be a full-stack engineer, but you have built working demos.
  • You’ve designed, launched, and iterated on APIs used by developers or enterprises
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or enterprise workflow integrations
  • Managed native mobile (iOS/Android) or cross-platform (React Native/Flutter) apps
  • Led remote or distributed product teams

OTE range: $100,000 - $190,000
