WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

Qualia is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Payments, to lead the go-to-market strategy for our payments network---a mission-critical platform sitting on top of trillions of dollars in real estate transaction payments. As the PMM dedicated to Payments, you’ll define how we position, launch, and grow Qualia’s payments capabilities in the market. You’ll work cross-functionally to articulate a compelling narrative for how Qualia is modernizing real estate payments---making every transaction faster, safer, and more transparent.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Risk, and Operations teams to drive adoption, enable go-to-market success, and ensure our payments products deliver exceptional value to customers and partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own the go-to-market strategy for Qualia’s payments network, from launch planning and messaging to adoption and growth initiatives across key customer segments
  • Develop compelling value propositions and differentiated messaging that highlight how Qualia’s payment solutions improve security, speed, and compliance across real estate transactions
  • Partner with Product Management to translate technical payments capabilities---such as processing, settlement, reconciliation, and fraud prevention---into clear market narratives and customer-facing materials
  • Lead product and feature launches, coordinating across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver impactful announcements, campaigns, and enablement programs
  • Create sales and enablement tools, including product decks, case studies, solution guides, and training content that empower go-to-market teams to communicate the value of our payments offerings with confidence
  • Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform messaging, product positioning, and roadmap prioritization---ensuring our payments platform meets evolving customer and regulatory needs
  • Collaborate with growth and marketing teams to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption through integrated campaigns that highlight the reliability and performance of Qualia’s payments infrastructure
YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH
  • 5–7 years of product marketing experience, in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments
  • Proven success driving go-to-market strategies for payments or financial technology products with complex technical components
  • Deep understanding of payment systems, including processing, settlement, reconciliation, fraud prevention, and compliance considerations (e.g., PCI, AML/KYC)
  • Experience developing clear, differentiated messaging and positioning for technical audiences, translating complex financial workflows into compelling value stories
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record of partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to align on go-to-market priorities
  • Excellent storytelling and content development abilities---able to produce impactful collateral such as solution briefs, case studies, sales decks, and product videos
  • Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging insights to refine messaging, improve adoption, and support business growth
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment, where trust, security, and accuracy are paramount
