  • At the heart of great partnerships, we’ll always find EMPATHY
WHAT IS YOUR ROLE

This role is designed as a strategic 2IC to the Director of RevOps. You’ll be expected to not only execute but also think ahead, anticipate team and business needs, and act as a trusted partner in operational decision-making. We’re looking for a highly accountable, systems-driven, and business-minded Senior RevOps pro to lead operational execution and cross-functional tooling strategy.

You'll own our RevOps systems, lead GTM project delivery, and help automate and scale processes through AI and tooling while also supporting revenue forecasting, insights, and strategic decision-making. This is a high-impact, execution heavy role and you’ll triage inbound RevOps requests, oversee GTM tooling, and directly support scalable growth, all while building the foundational systems that allow Boldr to scale with confidence.

WHY DO WE WANT YOU

We are currently looking for impact-driven individuals who are passionate in helping Boldr grow and achieve our Purpose. We expect our Team to become our ultimate partners to success by always giving their 110% in everything, sharing their talents and quirks, and championing our core values: Curious, Dynamic and Authentic.

Requirements

WHAT WILL YOU DO

GTM Systems, AI, & Tooling:

  • Own HubSpot CRM administration — including properties, workflows, lifecycle management, automation, reporting
  • Implement AI-enabled tools, automations, and process improvements within the GTM stack to drive efficiency and scalability
  • Manage lead enrichment, data hygiene, and workflow automation (HubSpot, Clay, Zapier)
  • Optimize GTM systems, maintain forecasting tools, and support reporting across teams
  • Partner with senior admins or developers on complex integrations and tooling enhancements

RevOps Project Management & Enablement:

  • Scope and lead cross-functional RevOps initiatives — from concept through to project scoping and execution
  • Triage and prioritise inbound RevOps requests, manage timelines, and track execution in ClickUp, and communicate updates accordingly
  • Develop and maintain RevOps SOPs, playbooks, and enablement assets
  • Provide light design support for internal resources(Google Slides, Cava)
  • Identify blockers early, align stakeholders, and ensure project accountability

Strategic Ops, Forecasting & Business Infrastructure:

  • Support revenue forecasting — pipeline reviews, forecast tracking, and reporting
  • Drive process improvements within RevOps operations, systems, and workflows
  • Manage contract workflows, approvals, and lifecycle management in our CLM and HubSpot
  • Monitor dependencies, proactively communicate risks, and identify areas for process improvement
WHAT WE’LL LIKE ABOUT YOU

YOU ARE…

  • Curious and authentic, just like us! #beboldr
  • An analytical and critical thinker, with an eye for even the most minute of details
  • Passionate about client satisfaction.

YOU HAVE…

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or GTM Enablement, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence strategic decision-making
  • Proven success leading RevOps initiatives and projects - from technical execution to strategic planning
  • Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot (certification required), implementing AI tools, automation, and process improvements
  • Experience implementing and managing AI tooling, automation workflows and GTM integrations (e.g. Clay, Zapier)
  • Familiarity with insights tools (Fathom, Apollo, Gong, or similar)
  • Experience developing documentation, SOPs, or enablement materials to scale operations
  • Comfort in a global, remote, and often ambiguous environment where priorities shift fast
  • High accountability, excellent cross-functional communication, and the ability to lead through influence
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Must be able to work U.S. business hours

NICE TO HAVES…

  • Marketing or marketing operations experience
  • Project Management Certification (PMP, CAPM, Scrum)
  • Familiarity with Chili Piper, Apollo, or Prospeo
  • Data visualization or reporting experience (Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Metabase)
  • Familiarity with pricing logic, revenue forecasting models, or contract workflows
  • Basic design skills for enablement materials (Canva, Google Slides)

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF…

  • You take ownership first, acting without waiting, flagging blockers, and seeking clarity early
  • You’ve thrived in scaling, unstructured environments where you helped build processes, not just followed them
  • You think in systems, not silos and love solving inefficiencies through automation and clear process
  • You communicate proactively and transparently and you manage up before being asked
  • You know how to prioritize under pressure and juggle shifting requests without losing accountability
  • You have a self-correcting mindset and catch your own misses, adjust quickly, and learn fast
