Senior UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a Senior UX Designer at Koddi to join our product and technology team. As a UX designer, you will take ownership of the visual and functional aspects of our products. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and customer-facing teams to create elegant, user-friendly experiences that exceed our customers' expectations.

What you will do

• Develop a deep understanding and become an expert of Koddi’s customers and competitive landscape to inform design decisions.
• Lead the design process from conceptualization to implementation, including creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
• Conduct user research and usability testing to both inform and validate design concepts
• Build cross-functional alignment around your designs and design decisions
• Hold the line on fit, finish, polish and craft Improve our UX processes: design critiques, retrospectives, etc.
• Make Koddi’s products so much better that the difference can be seen from space

What skills and experience you bring

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• Must have a min of 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates past experience working in E-Commerce, SaaS, Advertising, or large scale consumer applications
• Comfortable working and presenting with Figma, and can create variables & dynamic components to supercharge the design process.
• Excited to be a part of making our UX processes better 
• Adept at incorporating feedback and iterating designs to achieve the best outcomes
• Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality designs in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and limited resources.
• A storyteller: comfortable showcasing your process with authorityExecution focused: able to get stuff done no matter what
