🔍 Why we’re looking for you
We are looking for a mission-driven, expert-level React Native engineer who is passionate about their craft and committed to building incredible products for our customers. This role will be instrumental in turbocharging Owner's growth by building delightful experiences for our customers across multiple surfaces.

Frontend: React, Next.js, Vue
Backend: Node.js, Mongo
Mobile: React Native
Typescript everywhere
This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada.
For San Francisco-based candidates: we have a new HQ in the Presidio for optional in-person collaboration opportunities!
💥 The impact you will have
- Build new products and features from 0 to 1, primarily using React Native
- Shape our product direction by talking to users and collaborating with other teammates in feature brainstorms/roadmap planning
- Deliver value to our end users across our entire system
- Take ownership of projects from conception all the way to shipping
- Help us build a great team — interview, refer candidates, etc.
✅ What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of experience building consumer-facing applications with React Native
- Experience at product-focused startup/scale-up or technology company
- High degree of cross-functional collaboration and leadership. Product managers, designers and business leaders from past roles would speak positively and highly of you
- Dedicated to continuous professional development and possessing a lifelong-learner mindset
- Strong sense of ownership and drive, with excellent communication skills
🏆 Pay and benefits
- The estimated base salary range for this role is $190K - $220K (senior level) or $220-$240K (staff level) depending on experience and location. Additionally, our offer includes a generous pre-IPO equity package.
