Position Overview

We are seeking a mid-to-senior level ServiceNow ITOM Engineer with deep experience supporting FedRAMP-compliant environments. This role requires strong expertise in ServiceNow ITOM modules, infrastructure integration, regulatory compliance, and secure enterprise architecture.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with FedRAMP implementations, CSDM/CMDB strategy, and ServiceNow discovery and service mapping within regulated environments.

This position is fully onsite at one of the listed locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support ServiceNow ITOM suite including:

  • CSDM

  • CMDB

  • Discovery

  • Service Mapping

  • Event Management

• Support FedRAMP-compliant ServiceNow environments
• Maintain knowledge of FedRAMP authorization and continuous monitoring requirements
• Manage Mid Server placement for FedRAMP instances
• Ensure compliance alignment when handling NERC-regulated assets
• Support infrastructure environments including servers, networks, and storage
• Develop and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, and other API technologies
• Create and manage platform reports
• Develop scripts using:
  • JavaScript

  • RegEx

  • Unix Shell

  • Windows scripting

  • PowerShell

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
• Contribute to repeatable and scalable deployment processes across:
  • Development

  • Test

  • Staging

  • Production

• Support testing activities including:

  • Unit Testing

  • System Integration Testing

  • Performance Testing

  • User Acceptance Testing



RequirementsRequired Qualifications
• 8–10+ years of relevant experience
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITOM suite
• Experience supporting FedRAMP environments
• Knowledge of FedRAMP security, authorization, and continuous monitoring
• Experience with Mid Server configuration
• Understanding of NERC compliance requirements
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required
• Strong scripting experience (JavaScript, Shell, PowerShell)
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of ITIL practices
• Basic cloud and infrastructure knowledge (Windows/Unix administration)
Preferred Skills
• Strong understanding of infrastructure monitoring tools
• Experience designing high-availability environments
• Familiarity with enterprise security controls
• Experience working in regulated federal environments
