Position Summary:

The SHI Channel Account Manager will lead Trend Micro’s growth strategy and alignment with SHI. This role focuses on developing and managing strategic plans and programs to drive revenue growth, strengthen relationships with SHI stakeholders, and create joint opportunities. The individual will influence executive and technical teams, orchestrate collaboration, and position Trend Micro as a trusted partner in cybersecurity and AI-driven risk management.  

Responsibilities:  

  • Develop and execute sales action plans leveraging Trend Micro’s competitive advantages to increase pipeline and revenue.  

  • Sell Trend Micro solutions and platform approach to SHI leadership, technical influencers, and functional teams.  

  • Design and deliver targeted training and enablement programs for SHI sales and technical teams.  

  • Align Trend Micro stakeholders including sales to SHI in programmatic efforts to drive joint business forward.   

  • Engage with SHI groups (Security, AI, Cloud, DFIR) to align Trend Micro’s proactive security leadership.  

  • Connect Trend Micro and SHI stakeholders to drive collaboration and achieve shared goals.  

  • Drive partner-sourced deal registration, solution sales, pipeline growth, and improved win rates.  

  • Align Trend Micro’s vertical strategies (Public Sector, Healthcare, etc.) with SHI’s markets.  

  • Coach SHI Partner Specialists to advance Trend Micro business objectives.  

  • Manage budget and invest in SHI initiatives with measurable ROI.  

Qualifications:  

  • Proven experience managing SHI relationships and understanding SHI’s organizational structure.  

  • Strong background in building strategic programs, driving attach rates, and managing sales pipelines.  

  • Ability to align Trend Micro’s value proposition with SHI’s business objectives.  

  • Demonstrated success in creating new partnership milestones and scaling collaborative plays.  

  • Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in sales or sales management.  

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration preferred).  

  • Ability to work onsite at SHI Austin and travel up to 30%.
