Position Overview:
Kendra Scott seeks a Site Merchandising & SEO Specialist who will help optimize Kendra Scott’s online merchandising and drive site traffic by executing SEO optimization strategies on product pages. The position requires a combination of strong analytical skills, strong time management skills, and the ability partner with a number of cross-functional times, includes Merchandising, Planning and Marketing.

Responsibilities:
New Product Set-up
• Ensure and execute the timely and accurate launch of new products on the Kendra Scott website in alignment with product launch calendar
• Identify opportunities for process to be simplified and automated. Partner with Ecommerce Product Management Team on building requirements for automations.
Product Merchandising
• Assort and adjust assortment on the product landing pages to align with product launches, customer communications and current performance
• Work cross-functionally with Merchandising, Planning and Marketing to ensure that brand priorities are appropriately reflected on site
• Analyze site metrics to identify opportunities to improve conversion rate
SEO Execution
• Work with SEO agency to develop and execute SEO strategies that will increase free traffic

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• BA with strong academic record
• 2-3 years of e-commerce experience
• Passion for understanding customer behavior and building/executing strategies based on that understanding
• Comfortable switching between analytical and executional projects
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize based on deadlines
• Experience with executing SEO strategies preferred
