The Site Security Manager oversees construction security operations, ensuring compliance with security plans and conducting inspections. Responsibilities include managing personnel, reporting incidents, and coordinating with contractors.

Qualifications:
- Must be a US Citizen.
- The applicant shall have at least at least 5 years’ experience working as a SSM.
- Be trained in surveillance and the construction trade to deter technical penetrations and thwart implanted technical collection devices.
- SSM shall have successfully completed the Department of State (DoS) Construction Surveillance Technician training course (SE631), SSM training course (SE-601), or equivalent course of instruction to be reviewed and approved in advance by QTS Federal LLC
- Be physically able to perform in all weather conditions, walk long distances, climb ladders and stairs, work on elevated platforms/areas, stand for extended periods, and maneuver around, on, and over obstacles and equipment on the construction sites and/or locations where pre-fabrication of construction materials is occurring.
- Must have active TS Clearance upon time of employment
- Must currently live in the San Antonio area
- Be able to stand, walk for several hours while at the worksite.
Duties Include:
- Provide daily on-site support oversight of CST operations to ensure compliance with established Construction Security Plans
- Conduct periodic security and quality inspections for the duration of the project to ensure compliance with construction design and security standards.
- Update construction deficiencies in Procore with status, photographs, etc. to ensure successful resolution.
- Oversee and conduct inspections of construction material as necessary.
- Ensure all construction personnel on the job site constantly display the required badging and have access to certain areas.
- Coordinate with the CST staff to assess and report anomalies and security incidents via a written report with photographic documentation within 24 hours.
- Provide weekly updates/status reports on construction progress and CST activities in accordance with established formats.
- Maintain quality control of all photography, organization, labeling and uploading.
- Coordinate with the General Contractors at the site to ensure security of the construction site and compliance with the requirements set forth in the CSP and design documents.
