Location:  Remote - US/USA

Summary:

As a Shared Services Senior Administrative Support Representative, you will provide advanced administrative and operational support to leaders, teams, and departments. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and sound judgment in handling confidential and time-sensitive information. The Senior Administrative Assistant acts as a key point of coordination, ensuring smooth operations, supporting executive-level workflows, and contributing to process improvements.  

What You'll Do:

  • Process account termination. 
  • Upload completed Fire Inspection Reports to authorized portals.
  • Review and log customer cancel letters.
  • Send out Certificates of Monitoring to customers.
  • Complete and send out Contracts and Riders as needed to support Advocacy.

What You'll Need:

  • 3–5 years of administrative support experience, ideally supporting leaders or managing complex administrative functions. 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Associates Degree - Preferred.
  • Proficient in internal controls testing and documentation. Excellent attention to detail and focus on quality.
  • Ability to effectively collect, analyze, and present information to senior management. Ability to clearly and effectively communicate verbally and in writing. Excellent attention to detail and focus on quality.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions in both written form and received through verbal communications.   
  • Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Goal driven, self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Intermediate or above Microsoft Excel skills.
    • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office products and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Great Plains - Preferred.
