What are we searching for in an Account Executive?

Adthena is searching for Inside Sales Professionals that have a proven history of success and motivated by goals.  We are looking for experienced professionals with a SaaS selling background, who enjoy building a book of business and are comfortable working across multiple verticals.  This is a quota carrying role where you will carry an individual monthly targets and earn a percentage of everything you sell. It is a consultative and strategic sell, whereby you will be selling to both agencies and brands direct.

What will I be doing?

  • Build strong customer relationships, by using an engaging consultative sales approach to understand the client’s pain points and providing the best solution to meet their need.
  • Drive full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, demonstrations and closing.  
  • Expertly manage contract and fee negotiations.
  • Develop B2B sales opportunities from start to finish (mid market to enterprise sized companies), with key decision makers at management level to C-level executives across the eCommerce and online space.
  • Consistently updat sales strategy and execution by partnering with our product marketing and Customer Service teams to win new business and retain clients.
  • Autonomously manage a pipeline with multiple prospects and sales cycles utilizing Salesforce to document progress
  • Continually educate yourself to increase understanding of Adthena, our product functionality, features and benefits, as well as, domain knowledge of key industry verticals to refine messaging by sector.

Do I have what it takes?

  • You are a highly proficient & bold Inside Sales Executive with a proven track record closing mid market to enterprise sized deals; achieving if not exceeding targets
  • Experienced selling ad tech solutions, SAAS, or search software or selling a complex product or offering
  • 3+ years experience in selling to clients across the US, within multiple verticals
  • Successful in selling B2B, connecting with key decision makers including C-Level and Board level
  • Confident phone based salesperson who owns the sales cycle
  • Have a keen interest in working in a fast paced, fluid, startup that is scaling internationally
  • A fast learner who is keen and passionate about online advertising and technology and is committed to working in a team environment
  • You will be excited and curious, and motivated to develop your knowledge to the highest level to make the biggest impact and quickly.
