We are currently seeking a Senior Director of Services. The position will report to the Vice President responsible for sales, services and renewals.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee and manage a global team of +75 consultants in a rapidly growing practice of both consulting delivery and Professional services
- Oversee services P&L looking to grow and expand current consulting practice from current $12M/yr practice to by 30-40%
- Responsible for delivering margin and utilization industry standards
- Build and generate Professional Services pipeline selling into HotSchedule clients and prospects
- Explore and build out new services revenue streams
Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of software consulting experience, specifically in consulting services and Professional Services sales
- Management experience with global teams
- Consistent track record of achieving / exceeding sales quota
- Strong executive presence very comfortable with C-level executives, especially CFOs
- Expertise in managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing large deals
- Ability to prospect within greenfield accounts
- Focused on selling business value to Finance and Business stakeholders using ROI and TCO models, rather than competing on features & functions
- Ability to identify enterprise client pains and develop unique and compelling value propositions that focus on delivering business value to the client
- Equally successful at engaging with all levels in an organization (bottom up & top down)
- Assertive, Passionate, Consultative, loves to compete and win
- Great at building relationships and working within a team-selling environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience required
- Willing to do domestic and international travel as needed
