About the Role:
As a Sr. Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a critical role in building and executing high-impact marketing campaigns and event programs across the AMER + META regions. This role requires a Marketo expert who can manage and optimize complex marketing programs, support audience segmentation, analyze campaign performance, enhance database hygiene and enable stakeholders. 

You will be responsible for executing Tier 1 promotional campaigns for major in-person and virtual events in the Americas. You will also work closely with Regional Marketing, Growth Marketing, Marketing Operations, Digital Campaigns and Analytics teams to drive scalable, data-driven marketing programs. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, enterprise environments, enjoys solving operational challenges, and is passionate about marketing automation efficiency. This person is a team player and thrives in an environment that requires the highest levels of cross-functional collaboration.

 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Build and execute high-performing email campaign and event programs in Marketo, ensuring seamless execution and accuracy.

  • Lead promotional campaign execution for Tier 1 AMER in-person and virtual events, collaborating with Field Marketing and Growth Marketing teams to optimize audience engagement.

  • Own audience segmentation and targeting strategies to improve personalization and engagement for the AMER database.

  • Develop A/B testing frameworks to optimize campaign performance and maximize engagement.

  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing Ops, Growth Marketing and Field Marketing, to enhance campaign processes and execution.

  • Drive process improvements, automating workflows and developing best practices to enhance efficiency.

  • Monitor and maintain database hygiene, ensuring accurate data flows between Marketo and Salesforce (SFDC).

  • Manage campaign execution across Workfront, Knak, Zuddl, Zoom, and PathFactory, ensuring seamless integration and operational efficiency.

  • Create and maintain training documentation and best practice guides for campaign processes, tools, and workflows.

  • Train internal teams and stakeholders on campaign execution tools and programs.

 

What You’ll Need:

  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign execution, and marketing automation.

  • Expert proficiency in Marketo (Marketo Certified Expert strongly preferred).

  • Strong experience in Salesforce (SFDC), Workfront, Knak, Zuddl, Zoom, and PathFactory.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

  • Proven track record in campaign reporting, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.

  • Experience collaborating across marketing teams to align initiatives with business objectives and drive cohesive execution.

  • Serve as a QA expert, ensuring all marketing campaigns adhere to best practices, accurate audience targeting, and flawless execution across Marketo and integrated marketing tools.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $86,000 - $135,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
