As a Product Manager at Otto, you’ll take ownership of a piece of the most valuable asset of the company—our product. The product team is at the center of everything we do at Otto. You’ll work closely not only with the engineering team, but also sales, marketing, and customer success to make sure everyone has what they need to help the company achieve its mission. • Help scope and prioritize activities on our roadmap based on the business needs, customer impact, and ROI
  • Create test and validation plans to confirm or invalidate product hypotheses
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, prototypes, wireframes, and HiFi mockups
  • Work closely with engineering teams using Agile development methodologies to deliver with quick time-to-market
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
  • Drive product launches including working with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to get products to market
  • Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding through product demos, in-app onboarding workflows, help articles, and internal documentation
  • Represent the company by talking with customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
  • Consume and synthesize large amounts of information to help guide strategic decisions about our product
  • Comfortable owning a revenue target and delivering features and adoption that exceed those targets

Who You Are:

If you are a team player, well organized, and a problem-outcome focused individual who is obsessed with all things product, we'd love to talk to you! You make thoughtful decisions quickly and can balance what is right for the company and the employee. You are compassionate and have high emotional intelligence. You are always learning and looking for ways to improve yourself and the people of Otto. You know how to have fun!

Qualifications include:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or as an associate product manager
  • Proven track record in product management roles at B2B enterprise SaaS companies
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
