Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Solution Consultant who blends technical depth with consultative storytelling to help customers architect data-driven, AI-enabled workflows on the Now Platform.
What You'll DoLead Discovery: Understand customer challenges across data, automation, workflows, and app development.• Architect Solutions: Design scalable architectures leveraging Workflow Data Fabric, App Engine, integrations, and AI/NowAssist.• Build & Demo: Create prototypes, demos, and proof-of-concepts that bring the platform to life.• Evangelize: Clearly articulate the value of ServiceNow's platform to technical and non-technical audiences.• Partner & Win: Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering through the full presales cycle.• Enable & Inspire: Run workshops, co-creation sessions, and technical deep dives with customers.• Stay Current: Maintain expertise in the Now Platform, data engineering patterns, low-code practices, and emerging AI technologies.
Qualifications
What You Bring• 3-5+ years in technical presales, solution architecture, or consulting.• Hands-on experience with data integration, APIs, low-code development, and modern engineering tools.• Strong communication, storytelling, and prototyping skills.• Ability to present with confidence to both technical teams and executives.• Curiosity, creativity, and a passion for solving complex problems.
