Who You Are:

As Nutrabolt’s Sr Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Blazor-based web applications that meet the needs of our business. You are a reliable and innovative problem-solver, excelling at translating business requirements into technical solutions. You have a proven track record in developing high-quality applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring robust operational performance. Additionally, you have experience implementing and leveraging source control systems, such as Git and DevOps, to ensure compliance with IT audit requirements.

What You're Good At:

  • You can efficiently review existing applications, quickly learning the business concepts they address, to effectively troubleshoot, enhance, and support them.
  • You have an aptitude for understanding business processes and how they can be enhanced through Blazor applications.
  • You will build and maintain strong partnerships with internal teams, leveraging your technical expertise to drive seamless operations.
  • You will develop, maintain, and enhance business applications leveraging SQL Server, C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Microsoft Blazor and Razor pages, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
  • You will oversee the onboarding of new technologies and tools, integrating them into Nutrabolt’s infrastructure with scalable processes and adhering to developmental standards.
  • You will translate business needs into actionable technical requirements, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to design efficient workflows and business solutions.
  • You will act as a subject matter expert on Blazor application development, advising stakeholders on optimal solutions to operational challenges and system enhancements.
  • You will build, test, and deploy software solutions across diverse technology stacks, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards.

In this role your goals and KPIs will be focused around:

  • Overall health of the application environment.
  • Cross-functional support of operational enhancements related to all technical solutions.
  • Turnaround time on support issues impacting existing solutions, enhancement requests to existing solutions, and implementing new solutions when requested by internal stakeholders.
  • Business continuity, documentation, and training on existing solutions.
  • Achieve high employee engagement and retention rates within the application development team through effective workload management and professional development opportunities

What You Contribute: 

  • B.S./B.A. in Computer Science or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience developing software applications.
  • Strong proficiency in C#.
  • Proficiency in Blazor, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
  • Proficiency in system analysis methodologies and project management practices.
  • Proficiency in SQL, with experience working with relations databases, preferably Microsoft SQL Server, and knowledge of Object-relational mappings such as Entity Framework.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.
  • Experience with RESTful API development and integration.
  • Adept at monitoring and optimizing technical solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly in writing and orally.
  • Requires effective interactions with all internal and external partners and systems.
  • Ability to manage simultaneous projects as required by the business, along with any technical advancements within application development.
  • Staying current on new tools and technical concepts that can advance the application development department and drive efficiencies within existing solutions.
  • Experience with enterprise software (ERPs, TMS, QMS, CRMs, WMS, etc.) preferred.
  • High competency in Business Analysis (ability to identify business needs and determine solutions to business problems with a focus on understanding requirements, processes, and systems to improve business operations) and Business Acumen (ability to understand and make sound decisions in a business context).
  • Experience working in Agile environments, including sprint planning, backlog management, and iterative development to deliver high-quality software solutions, with proficiency in using project management tools.
  • Proficient in using Git and DevOps for source control, including setting up branching strategies and ensuring compliance with SOX requirements.
