Our Ways of Working

We have team members located across the United States spanning multiple time zones. This means we put in extra effort to make sure we connect and collaborate in ways that make sense for us. We know how valuable the flexibility of remote work is for our employees.

We know that personal connection is the foundation for the great work we do together. In order to build those relationships with team members in other cities, we meet with coworkers in person two times a year at a full company offsite and a departmental offsite. These offsites are expected of employees and are great opportunities to meet the people you work with every day and to do some of the work that is much more difficult to do virtually.

We are hiring our very first Strategic Sourcing and Procurement Manager to join our growing finance team! In this role, you will be responsible for standing up the function, analyzing and identifying opportunities within existing contracts, proactively managing renewals and new vendor sourcing, and leading vendor negotiations. You will focus on assessing and understanding ongoing needs within the business and work with leaders to find cost savings and negotiate terms for new or existing software and service providers. Additionally, you will support travel, supply chain, and other areas of indirect procurement as needed.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of procurement technologies and contract management systems (i.e Netsuite, Ironclad, Concur, Etc)
  • Demonstrated ability to perform detailed spend analysis and usage by product to uncover savings opportunities
  • Deep understanding of contract structures to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement, working with legal and compliance when needed
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance tactical work and strategic initiatives, driving continuous improvements and operational excellence
  • Outstanding ability to educate and influence stakeholders across the organization, securing buy-in for procurement initiatives through effective communication and strategic negotiation
  • Strong market knowledge, with an expert understanding of pricing models, spend ratios, competitive dynamics to ensure cost-effectiveness and industry alignment

How You Will Make An Impact

  • Lead negotiations with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions
  • Analyze market trends, internal usage, and supplier pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities. Develop and manage procurement budgets in alignment with company financial goals
