We are looking for a SVP of Product Management - Client to help us achieve this mission.

The SVP of Product Management - Client is the owner and chief architect of our Client product portfolio, leading the Client Product team and driving our next phase of growth.  Reporting directly to the Chief Client and Revenue Officer, this role builds and manages multiple complex product lines that generate over $500M in annual revenue.  The ideal candidate will have a proven, quantifiable track record of developing and scaling market-defining Client-facing products, has demonstrated successful product leadership at scale, and possesses product innovation, implementation and technical fluency.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product innovation, development and implementation for our Client product portfolio, grounded in market insights and Client feedback
  • Partner closely with Revenue, Marketing, Market Research, Analytics and Go-To-Market leaders to align product strategies with business objectives and market demands
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the Client product management organization
  • Drive revenue growth and improve Consumer Net Promoter Score (NPS) through innovative product enhancements and strategic initiatives.
  • Serve as the voice of the Client within the company, championing Client-centricity in product development and decision-making processes.
  • Demonstrated track record of balancing user engagement with monetization
  • Evaluate build, buy, and partner opportunities to accelerate product innovation and expand our product offerings.
  • Collaborate with the corporate development department to assess potential acquisition targets and strategic partnerships.
  • Lead key initiatives around purpose, talent, decision-making, priorities, community, and communications to help nurture and evolve our culture.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 20+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on Client-facing products at scale; online marketplace and/or e-commerce experience preferred
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and improving Client satisfaction metrics
  • Strong platform orientation, technical partnership experience, and a deep understanding of technology trends and industry best practices
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights and Client needs into actionable product plans within a multi-product environments
  • Soft skills aplenty - communication, friendly, approachable, open to ideas, generous giver and receiver of feedback, with ability to inspire teams to act with agency with a high degree of accountability

  • Experience making build, buy, and partner decisions, with a focus on driving business impact and maximizing ROI
