About the Role
NinjaOne is seeking a Technical Alliances Lead - Integrations to drive the next phase of our partner ecosystem. This role serves as the technical deputy within the alliances organization, owning the technical discovery, evaluation, and execution of integrations with strategic partners across the endpoint management, IT operations, and security ecosystems. You'll collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Partner Success teams to translate business goals into scalable technical integrations. You'll also help assess new alliance opportunities and shape the technology roadmap that strengthens NinjaOne's position as the unified IT management platform of choice.
Location - We are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and reside in one of the following states - CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, *IL, KS, ME, MA, NJ, NC, NY, OR, TN, TX, VA, & WA.
What You'll Be Doing

• Lead technical integration initiatives with key alliance and technology partners - from initial scoping through deployment and lifecycle support

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define integration requirements, prioritize roadmaps, and ensure seamless partner enablement

• Evaluate new partnership opportunities for technical feasibility, architectural fit, and alignment with NinjaOne's platform strategy

• Develop and maintain integration documentation, including solution designs, API mappings, and validation frameworks

• Serve as the technical point of contact for alliance partners during integration planning and execution.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Marketing, and GTM teams) to ensure successful joint launches

• Stay current on emerging integration technologies, frameworks, and industry standards across the IT management ecosystems

• Contribute to solution evangelism by providing technical context for partner training, enablement, and external communications

• Other duties as assigned

About You

• 7-9 years of relevant experience in technical alliances, solution engineering, technical account management, or product integration roles

• Strong understanding of integration frameworks (e.g., REST APIs, webhooks, SDKs, OAuth, event-driven architectures)

• Prior experience with endpoint management platforms, RMMs, or IT service management solutions

• Proven ability to translate business objectives into technical outcomes and communicate effectively with both engineers and executives

• Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced SaaS environments

• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

This position is NOT eligible for Visa sponsorship.
*Due to operational policies, NinjaOne is unable to hire for this role within the city limits of Chicago. We will consider all qualified candidates who reside outside of the city proper or are willing to self-relocate.
Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO. For roles based in California, Colorado , New Jersey or Washington the base salary hiring range for this position is $147,000 per year with On Target Earnings of $210,000 per year.
For roles based in New York, the base salary hiring range for this position is $ 147 ,000 per year with On Target Earnings of $ 21 0,000 per year.
