RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage the development and certification of wireless products, including
  coordinating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
· Maintain close relationships with carriers/operators., ensuring that all carrier
  certification requirements are met, and that products are approved in a timely
  manners.
· Demonstrate a clear understanding of carriers’ requirements and a process,
  and use this knowledge to drive product development and certification.
· Maintain effective communication both internally and externally, including with
  product development teams, management, and clients.
· Manage client escalations, resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner.
· Build strong relationships with 3rd party partners to ensure compliance with all
  relevant regulatory requirements and standards.
· Continuously improve processes and procedures to ensure the highest quality   
  products and delivered on time and on budget.
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
SPECIFICATIONS:
· Strong technical knowledge and understanding of wireless communication  
  technologies such as 4G/5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and NFC. Knowledge of wireless
  carrier certification processes and requirements, including FCC, PTCRB, GCF, and
  carrier-specific certifications will be a plus.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to manage customer
  escalations and build strong relationships with internal and external
  stakeholders.
· Familiarity with PC OEM 4G/5G requirements is a plus.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot     
  complex technical issues.
· Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
· Familiarity with wireless product design and development processes, including 
  hardware, firmware, and software development.
· Familiarity with wireless test equipment and tools such as signal generators,
  signal analyzers, and protocol analyzers.
· Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred)
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in the wireless industry.
  • English proficiency is required; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
