Our Technical Program Managers lead programs and initiatives across the division from concept to market. We align product, engineering, and business teams to exceed the expectations of our customers. As a Technical Program Manager II , you will be responsible for:

  • Leading cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, Network Operations, Sales, Services, and Support to support the product roadmap
  • Developing successful partnerships with engineering, product and program stakeholders across the organization
  • Identifying and communicating backlog of work with key stakeholders, guiding them in priorities based on business needs
  • Communicating program status and expectation changes to senior leaders with appropriate frequency, using standardized methods
  • Maintaining and iterating on a roadmap of committed work through the current calendar

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have 4 years of relevant experience and a bachelors degree
  • Demonstrate experience working with JIRA and Confluence
  • Possess experience in Identifying and managing project dependencies while maintaining accurate project plans with real-time milestones
  • Have experience working with Internet technologies or protocols such as DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP
  • Be able to analyze workload and communicate technical issues to senior stakeholders of varying technical ability
  • Have good interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills needed to work across global constituencies
