Job Summary:

The UX/UI Product designer will be an integral part of our Product Design team, focusing on delivering intuitive and engaging designs for our Application Framework across all relevant platforms. He / she will work closely with Development and Product Management to create, iterate and improve upon our product offerings, with a focus on empathic user experience and beautiful yet functional visual design. 

The ideal candidate has a comprehensive portfolio with an emphasis on mobile user experience and visual design. He / she will be a problem solver who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys collaboration and takes ownership of the work they are creating.

A Week In Your Shoes:

• Develop and maintain end-to-end design documentation for a product initiative (including flow maps, mid-fidelity wireframes, style guides, prototypes, etc.)
• Be the voice of design for the product and be able to communicate design thinking and advocate for the user.
• Create and maintain design systems for the Application Framework and deliver visually designed screens that are consistent and cohesive
• Work closely with development and Product leaders to document feature expectations and requirements for acceptance criteria and edge cases
• Deliver art assets and style guides to development and support the team during development and QA
• Attend and participate in all relevant Product kickoff, daily standup, and planning meetings.
• Stay up to date on the latest design paradigms, tools and new technologies and provide recommendations on when to introduce them to the latest product initiatives 

What We Look For:

• BFA / MFA in Design
• Mobile experience required
• 2+ years professional UX / UI design experience
• Previous experience in end-to-end mobile application design
• Proficient in industry standard software for wireframing, prototyping, and visual design (Sketch, Sympli, Atomic or similar)
• Strong attention to detail with an ownership mentality
• Consistent track record for delivering commitments on time
• Experience with User Research, User Testing or designing in sprints
• Candidate must be open to travel as needed
