WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a visual design generalist who loves creating fast, social-first graphics and can bring existing visual systems to life across dozens of formats. Someone who feels equally confident working with typography, layout, graphic design, and AI-generated images/illustrations — and enjoys mixing these components into polished, ready-to-publish assets.If you thrive in a content-driven environment, enjoy fast creative cycles, and love the challenge of making daily visuals look sharp, consistent, and on-brand — this role is for you.This position sits inside the Brand Design Team, reports directly to the Director of Brand Design, and works in extremely close operational collaboration with our Austin-based Content Team (around 70–80% of daily workload).
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Produce daily visual assets across many formats: Instagram posts and stories, LinkedIn graphics, YouTube thumbnails, YouTube in-video graphics, etc.
- Translate global brand visual direction into specific assets.
- Work closely with the Austin Content Team on fast-turnaround tasks — often same-day or same-hour.
- Create AI-generated images and integrate them into final graphics.
- Design creator-facing PDF guides, templates, and instructions in an unconventional, expressive format.
- Maintain consistency within the global visual system while adapting it to the nuances of daily content.
- Prepare assets fully end-to-end under an art-direction of Brand Design Leads.
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
You’ll need:
- Proven experience in visual design, with a strong portfolio of social-first work.
- Excellent sense of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and modern graphic design.
- Ability to systematically extend an existing visual language across multiple channels.
- Confidence working with AI tools for generating images/illustrations (Recraft, Midjourney, Flora, Runway, etc.).
- Ability to produce high-quality assets at high speed.
- Experience designing for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube and in-video graphics.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment with tight daily turnaround expectations.
- Ability to collaborate proactively with the Austin Content Team while remaining fully integrated into the Brand Design Team.
- Based in Austin, TX (ideal) or in a compatible US time zone for real-time collaboration.
- Proficiency in Figma
- Nice-to-have: experience preparing simple print-ready files.
- Nice-to-have: understanding of social media performance, trends, and creator culture.
