Lead day to day operations and deliver on strategy and operational plans from the planning process against the strategic vision for the company. You will work closely with the leadership of the product and marketing teams to agree execute on our business strategy. Provide actionable insights from your own analysis of the product analytics, sales and marketing funnels and conversion metrics. Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for our key initiatives. Formulate business strategy with others in the executive team. Implement efficient processes and standards. Ensure compliance with local and international laws (e.g. data protection). Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders. Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits, take care of bills, vendor payments. Liase with our accounting firm.
