Event Management Intern

Generate ideas for creative events, including but not limited to coordination with Marketing on Product Launches, coordination with People Operations on employee-facing events, and coordination with Account Management on customer facing events. Event Management Intern will help manage events from conception to execution. With guidance from the Account Management team, research the public safety event landscape, and propose international, national, and local events for RapidDeploy participation and/or sponsorship. In partnership with the Sales Operations Associate, coordinate conference staffing, scheduling, and register RapidDeploy employees for relevant conferences and events. Coordinate booth setup & logistics at Trade Shows, in partnership with the Sales Operations Associate. Coordinate travel for staff members attending the conference. Prepare briefing packs and documentation for event. Communicate the event execution plan and team member expectations to Account Management and Customer Success teams, as well as external venue partners. Assist in conducting event-after action meetings, and ensure proper event follow-up.

Act as the primary point of contact for a group of customers. Map customer processes to LeanDNA capabilities & data model. Interface with other internal team members (data integration, product, engineering, sales, etc.) as needed to ensure that your implementations are on schedule. Understand LeanDNA product and supply chain domain well enough to validate data and work with the internal data integration team to fix data issues. Monitor key customer success metrics to ensure that LeanDNA is driving results and helping customers achieve their goals. Conduct periodic business reviews with customer executives (both in-person and over web meetings). Provide proactive guidance to key users, encourage adoption, and assist in education on product updates. Coordinate with customer executive sponsors and supply chain teams to schedule kickoff meetings, facilitate training sessions, help with strategic goal setting, and identify potential expansion opportunities.
