Manage our project management tool, Asana, including the creation of tickets, assignment of work to others, management of timelines, and communication of deliverables.
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Understand resource availability and the best way to allocate an individual’s time to meet project goals.
Ensure all projects are set up in a way that outcomes can be measured, such as white paper downloads, page visits, etc.
Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project and campaigns, always ready to give real-time updates on the status of projects.
Report and escalate any issues to management as needed.
