CrowdStrike is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Project Management team. In this role, you will work closely with project owners and sponsors to deliver systems, process and application solutions to meet business needs. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for leading teams in the delivery of cross functional projects utilizing their mastery of project management processes and their experience in delivering quality results. This position reports to the Senior Director Operations, PMO.

The Senior Product Manager is responsible for establishing the vision, strategy and priorities to drive success for their respective products inline with the company mission: To Simplify Technology Management for Humankind. The Senior Product Manager will bridge the technical and business world, delivering products and product enhancements that drive product value and create additional revenue for the business.  The Senior Product Manager will orchestrate a team-based approach guide and mentor other product managers in defining the product priorities, establishing well-defined, concentrated product initiatives based on a defined conceptual model rooted in market and problem command. The Senior Product manager will be working closely with Engineering and the wider cross functional team (particularly Sales, TechOps, and Marketing) for constant input and contribution to an iterative product management process that delivers the best quality product to the market.

As a Strategic Product Consultant, you’ll serve as a financial expert to our customers by leveraging your knowledge of the real estate development and construction industry and Procore’s software platforms to provide best practices on utilizing our systems. You’ll partner with Implementation and Customer Success Managers at Procore to supplement client training with technical knowledge of cloud-based software and Procore platform expertise. This includes leading client and internal team trainings, creating and updating support documentation, and much more.

Installation, integration and deployment of the IdentityIQ product in client environments. Communicating to clients and partners aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and/or functional level appropriate for the situation. Post-sales requirements gathering, analysis and documentation. Working with clients post implementation for user testing, debugging, support and maintenance. Managing project scope, schedule, status and documentation. Developing and delivering technical training designed to enable/educate SailPoint implementation partners.
