Our Customer Education Technical Program Manager will be responsible for migrating, updating and maintaining our client facing education properties. This role will be broadly responsible for developing solutions to ensure our customers have access to best in class Education forums (Including an academy, community, and certifications) to ensure our customers have the information they need to scale their programs to thousands of employees. You will have the opportunity to work cross functionality with our systems, product, and marketing teams to ensure the systems and tracking provide a seamless experience for our customers.
