Must have previous experience in customer service, inside sales, client-facing sales or related experience.
Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers.
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support.
Achieve monthly sales quotas.
Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
Can work well under pressure with tight deadlines.
Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client.
Maintaining database (HubSpot, CRM, Google Sheets, etc.) of prospective client information.
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
Tradeshow experience a big plus.
Undergraduate degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related field preferred.
