As the Lead Data Engineer you will play an integral role in enabling our data-driven culture at A Cloud Guru. You will lead the Data Engineering function, partnering and collaborating closely with our Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Business Operations functions. You and your team will strive to ensure our data systems are timely, performant, and accurate, which will build the foundation for a high functioning analytics team to work upon. 

This position is a highly visible function at LogicMonitor reporting directly to the VP of Operations. A Cloud Guru is seeking a Business Applications Manager to administer and manage the core tools used by the Go-to-Market teams. While this primarily involves Salesforce.com, it also will encompass tools that heavily integrate with SFDC, such as SalesLoft, Chorus.ai, DiscoverOrg, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc. The ideal candidate for this role will be able to simultaneously execute on tactical enhancements and fixes while also making progress on-larger scale, more strategic infrastructure projects. This role requires an action-oriented individual who is eager to build systems designed to scale with A Cloud Guru’s substantial growth. Our existing instance and process has some key infrastructure in place, but is still quite a blank canvas. The Business Applications Manager will be able to put their fingerprints on each of these tools in a significant way.

Collaborate on the development of a customer-facing system resident in Salesforce.com. Access and manage data in third-party systems using REST APIs and webhooks. The goal of the Production Systems team is to have a fully automated and self service, highly scalable, efficient and reliable infrastructure. As a Principal Site Reliability Engineer on this team you will be ensuring the team reliably builds and operates infrastructure, as a code, that keeps the ThousandEyes platform always available.

You'll need to be a ThousandEyes product expert, with cross-platform integration experience, monitoring system expertise, and a strong foundation in Linux and core network architecture. You'll need to be a jack of all trades who's polished and easy to put in front of a wide variety of customer roles - and need to love working for a growth stage company in the Digital Experience Monitoring space. You are an enthusiastic self-starter, intellectually curious and a fast learner, and a stickler for details, since you'll be working with some of the smartest operational people here that you ever have. You can think on your feet, create simple from complex, and produce credible documentation, and read patterns from data to infer conclusions. You’re both a good juggler - able to keep many projects moving forward without dropping them, and a good communicator.

Are a fast learner and comfortable working with new technologies. Are exceptional with network fundamentals and protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, BGP, OSPF, and HTTP. Have experience with open-source network automation frameworks and building software to manage and monitor the network (common languages are Python and Go). Are familiar with various network hardware and operating systems. Have network security experience including network and application firewalls, IDS, IPS, and DDoS. Are comfortable working with Linux systems, containers and kubernetes.

The Engineering Effectiveness team is a new team at ThousandEyes with the mission to empower our engineers to be more effective and happier by providing the tools, processes, infrastructure, and support they need to design, implement, test, and operationalize their code quickly and with high quality. As a Senior Software Engineer on this new team, you will have the opportunity to define how we partner with the other engineering teams to provide a productive and frictionless end-to-end developer experience encompassing the entire development, release, and operating lifecycle. You will design and implement tooling for our build, continuous integration, and deployment systems. You will work with each team to provide automated testing frameworks, guides, and infrastructure that allow fast and reliable code validation. You will work with our operations engineering teams to provide and create the tools and frameworks that allow the application teams to properly monitor and alert on their production applications.
