Event Management Intern will help manage events from conception to execution. With guidance from the Account Management team, research the public safety event landscape, and propose international, national, and local events for RapidDeploy participation and/or sponsorship. In partnership with the Sales Operations Associate, coordinate conference staffing, scheduling, and register RapidDeploy employees for relevant conferences and events. Coordinate booth setup & logistics at Trade Shows, in partnership with the Sales Operations Associate. Coordinate travel for staff members attending the conference. Prepare briefing packs and documentation for event. Communicate the event execution plan and team member expectations to Account Management and Customer Success teams, as well as external venue partners. Assist in conducting event-after action meetings, and ensure proper event follow-up.
