As the Director of our On-Demand Services team, you’ll be in a unique position and on the front lines of some of the world’s most innovative company’s digital experimentation programs. You’ll collaborate with the Vice President of Global Professional Services and other stakeholders in other key organizations to help develop, manage and grow our ODS program and strategy. You’ll subsequently be managing the execution cycle of the test by working with our team of designers, developers, and QA analysts. You’ll help ensure that the ODS program is hitting its financial plan and guide decision making related to spending and scaling ODS operations.

Analyzing and documenting client needs; Supporting the client in validating and understanding the analysis; Identifying process optimization opportunities; Communicating customer requirements in functional specifications to the development team; Designing and assisting in the execution of data migration processes; Integrating existing systems with the module; Conducting integrated testing; Participating in quality control and ensuring the integrity of information; Ensuring the smooth implementation of the solution; Documenting the different solutions implemented (business rules, flow rules, schematics, user documentation, etc.); Training and supporting customers in the use of the solution; Developing and participating to solution sales demos as required.

Provide outstanding phone, email, and chat based technical support to our customers in a fast-paced 24x7 environment (expect up to 7.5 hours of talk/chat time a day). Provide extraordinary support to our ever-growing merchant base with your unsurpassed customer service and problem solving capabilities. Develop solutions and utilize standard operating procedures for improving customer satisfaction and creating lifelong promoters of our brand. Communicate with the management team and developers to improve product functionality and resolve issues. Decrease incoming volume by striving toward first contact resolution and proactively on-boarding and advising customers on eCommerce best practices. Assist customers with common billing, invoice, and account issues. Utilize classroom, video, and self-paced training to stay ahead of product advancements and eCommerce best practices; utilize your knowledge to solve problems efficiently. Display high levels of professionalism and recurring interactions with departments inside and outside of the CSS organization.

Lead implementations and manage relationships with project stakeholders (clients, third parties, vendors, and Brightpearl internal stakeholders). Review, de-risk, and provide accurate work estimates of Solution Proposals to Brightpearl Sales departments. Engage in project kick-off meetings to review expectations, deliverables, and timelines. Monitor and deliver artifacts to the agreed project plan. Ensure key project deliverables are up to a high standard of excellence. Ensure the timely communication of risks and/or issues for deliverables to internal and external stakeholders. Gather and document accurate requirements for software configuration designed to meet the true business needs of the client.

Respond to merchant services inquiries via phone, CRM ticket, and chat. Retain ownership of merchant related issues, while communicating current status clearly and accurately. Troubleshoot and escalate merchant issues appropriately. Participate in cross-functional team projects. Directly perform account maintenance requests by inputting sensitive data in appropriate systems and fields with the highest degree of accuracy.

In this role you will be supporting our Customer Success initiatives. Initially, this means making sure that all of our partners are set up with the various tools we need to run their marketing campaigns. Whether that’s by jumping on a call and doing screen shares or building walk-throughs to decrease friction for our partners, your goal is making sure the tech and logistic aspects of on-boarding are seamless. You will also support day-to-day admin needs, including billing and tech support.
