Opcity is looking for a Consumer Success Manager (CSM) to join our leadership team. The Consumer Success Manager role presents the ideal opportunity to develop, lead, counsel, motivate and manage a team of Consumer Sales Reps (CSRs) to achieve goals and break records by delivering superior service and resolution to potential home buyers. The CSM will serve as a subject matter expert on Opcity’s platform and help develop and execute strategies designed to maximize CSR performance, ensure clear adherence to our scripting and drive increased activities for all new product offerings. The Juniper Square Customer Success Analyst Team solves complicated problems, answers questions and is a trusted partner to our private equity customers. This team serves as the eyes and ears of Juniper Square, acting as the real-time voice of the customer to help communicate their needs and real-world use cases back to the rest of the company - for better service and future product development. The Customer Success Analyst team partners closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure customer satisfaction, growth and retention.

Build relationships, generate excitement, and share REX’s value proposition with prospective customers. Respond to and convert inbound leads, which include phone calls and written inquiries (e.g. chat, email); collaborate with team members to ensure phone shifts are covered. Partner with the sales team to secure new customer appointments, generate sales activity reports, coordinate transactions, and prepare agreements. Comply with REX policy and all state/legal statutes.

Build relationships and generate excitement about REX with existing customers. Provide exceptional support to current sellers by anticipating their needs, monitoring home sale activity, and ensuring marketing is performing optimally . Assist the Listing Agent with listing duties such as preparing addendums and agreements, reviewing pricing and comps, and ensuring the escrow-dependent tasks are completed timely for a successful close. Serve as the company's liaison with all of the parties (lenders, appraisers, inspectors, etc.) involved in the sales transaction. Document tracking for large volume of real estate transactions. Manage projects to get a home listing live on REX’s website, which includes creating content, submitting vendor work orders, and scheduling showings and open houses. Host showings and open houses as needed. Comply with REX policy and all state/legal statutes.
