The Renewal Account Manager will be responsible for driving account renewals in advance of their contract end date and executing all renewal back-end work in a timely manner for North America managed accounts. This requires the ability to work with Sales, Customer Success Management and other functions that support customers in order to maximize the opportunity within strategic customer accounts. At Khoros, the Renewals function is a critical element of our growth plan and a strategic focus of the executive team. The Associate Technical Account Manager role has a strong technical aptitude and is responsible for the overall success of their customers. In today's ever-changing social landscape, we need someone who's up-to-date on the latest and greatest web tools and platforms. To do so, we use Web 2.0 architecture, REST APIs, JSON, XML, relational databases and networking in our day to day lives. This means a proficiency with programming, scripting languages, and database construction is definitely experience that's needed to succeed. If your background includes a strong social web interest, that's a serious plus!
