Complete a 5-month development program designed to get you ramped up on the third party logistics industry; no prior industry experience required! Successfully position Arrive to acquire new business through aggressive lead generation and outbound inquiry. Skillfully negotiate rates with customers for a variety of transportation services, including FTL, LTL, and Intermodal. Respond to sales inquiries and use your knowledge of the market to provide strategic pricing. Manage the day-to-day operations of all related accounts and delegate accordingly. Report to your sales manager and collaborate with the entire sales team. Bring a growth-oriented, win-the-day attitude to the sales floor.

Outbound telephone-based prospecting for Shipwell’s tech enabled execution software. Going above and beyond the expected 50+ calls per day with the intent to qualify key leads and expand the sales pipeline. Update and maintain the sales database as appropriate, including new lead data discovery tied to achieving team and personal goals. Report on weekly results, both qualitative and quantitative to the Carrier Success Manager.
