We’re looking for a customer centric, collaborative, problem solver to join our Customer Success Team as a Customer Support Representative (CSR). The CSR works directly with customers to enhance the relevance and value of their TrendKite experience, specifically by creating and optimizing their implementation of the TrendKite platform by providing customer care through troubleshooting and Boolean logic. CSRs field requests through online chats or customer calls to clarify requests. They also support and work with our internal functions such as Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Onboarding Consultants.

Associate Product Manager, Data Platform

Manage the day-to-day operations of a local team of Data Quality Analysts. Coordinate the work of an offshore team of analysts and researchers. Ensure that all requests to the team are properly ticketed, tracked, and resolved within agreed response times. Report weekly on the volume and types of requests handled and team performance metrics. Proactively analyze problems handled by the team to spot trends or signs of other problems. Investigate the root causes of issues and work closely with internal teams and vendors to resolve them. Work closely with product management to provide data support for new features.

PhD degree in AI, ML, statistical NLP or related technical fields. 10+ years of hands-on experience working in data science and/or machine learning. Practical experience building, testing and deploying ML models at scale. Experience with one or more of the programming languages and machine learning tools (Python, R, Julia, C/C++, Scala). Strong publication history in top-tier journals and conferences (e.g., Machine Learning Journal, DMKD, KAIS, ICML, KDD, ACL, NIPS, ECML, NAACL, IJCAI, AAAI). Strong interpersonal and communication skills and must be able to explain technical concepts and analysis implications clearly to a wide audience, including senior executives, and be able to translate business objectives into action. Experience with deep learning tools and packages (Caffe, PyTorch, Tensorflow). A clear passion for learning emerging technologies independently and continuously.
