Conduct a smooth company onboarding and help RigUp users of varied skill levels become successful users fully leveraging our platform. Take ownership of challenges and our customers' initiatives to drive further adoption of the RigUp offering. Coordinate resources throughout the customer lifecycle, including product and engineering support. Nurture and expand the company's relationship with business units, divisions and the overall enterprise. Provide product demonstrations and general support to existing users or new asset teams. Manage and track customer and transactional information in a CRM system. Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers and support staff.

Design Research Lead

Establish an internal design research practice that is scalable and serves as a foundation for a growing research team. Rely on quantitative and qualitative research methodologies (usability studies, 1:1 interviews, focus groups, benchmark studies, surveys, etc.) to allow us a deeper understanding of our users. Effectively synthesize and communicate research results to internal stakeholders and the company at large to help magnify the impact of the findings. Establish success metrics for research practice. Work alongside designers and product managers to validate designed solutions through interviews and prototypes. Share tools and best practices internally to enable others to independently conduct user research. Work cross-functionally to prioritize research opportunities in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. Support new business verticals by facilitating a better understanding of new user types. Help them establish communication channels and feedback loops with growing user bases. Build empathy across the organization to help us stay true to our north star, empowering the people.
