As an Experience Designer for DISCO's Foundations team, you will help craft DISCO’s design system, UI-Kit and work with developers in creating the component library. You will also work across feature teams with designers as a visual design and patterns expert; raising the bar with magical and consistent experiences. You'll be in a close partnership with designers, product managers, and development leaders, and together you will define short and long-term product visions. Crafted to us means compelling experiences that are intuitive, thoughtful, simple, delightful, and when possible, magical. Experience with motion design is key for this role, as we look to push the limits of magical interactions throughout both our products and style-guide (VSD). You will assist in the creation of concept design which transcends multiple teams or new areas of our product. As well asl help run brainstorming sessions in the form of design sprints, design thinking or other various brainstorming methods.

Track, monitor and report sales pipeline.
